Yoga Sport Class

Yoga sport classes are either a 55-posture (90-minute sport class) or 41-posture (60-minute sport class) intermediate level dynamic yoga class practiced with or without heat. This class is an ideal warm up class for the championships. It covers all aspects of the spine: forward bends, backward bends, tractions and twists and includes a couple of lifts and one inversion - shoulder stand. All yoga studios should offer yoga sport classes daily.
